Have you heard of the September Surge? Because it's coming!

September Surge typically is an increase in open job #opportunities. Our team has already launched several upcoming new job searches with our clients…, and we are hopeful that things will stay positive in the #job market! 

So, if you are looking for a new role, here's how you can prepare:

✅ Make sure that your LinkedIn profile is thorough and complete.  

Add specifics to your headline (location/market, industry, etc.). Also, make sure that your experience section shouts out your big wins!

✅ Connect immediately with your inner circle and outer circle. 

Even if you haven't spoken to someone in a while, now is the time to rekindle your relationships so that you are top of mind when opportunities arise!

✅ Become active in industry communities and events.

If you have the opportunity to attend in-person events, do it! Network, be present in the community, and start having as many conversations as possible.  

✅ Start engaging with people at companies you want to work at.  EARLY.

The more you can engage with future colleagues, the better! Start conversations with the leaders and build rapport with people on the team you are potentially interested in joining. Building relationships is great, but you'll also have a better idea of whether that is where you want to work in the long run.
