Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Provide guidance and support on various HR matters to team members and senior leadership on complex issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
Ensure proper maintenance of team members' records, files, and human resource systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR matters, including resolving conflicts.
Create and implement employee engagement surveys to enhance retention and productivity. Assist with the creation of employee development programs.
Plan and manage the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and oversee HR policies and procedures. Including unemployment reporting.
HR Systems & Payroll: Manage ADP to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and seamless payroll processing.
Engage with third-party consultants as needed to address compliance and any other HR-related needs.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment
Passion and drive to work within a highly entrepreneurial setting

Ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead, coach, develop a strong team, and communicate with important stakeholders.
Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.

Detailed knowledge of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.

10 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management for multifamily properties
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive KPIs.
Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Collaborate with the investment team to manage and expand the database for new investment opportunities.
Assist with screening and evaluating investment opportunities.
Perform due diligence on new opportunities through research, financial modeling, meetings, and occasional travel.
Support the closing process of acquisitions and dispositions, including deal structuring, purchase sale agreements, partnership agreements, third-party due diligence reports, financial statement reviews, and on-site due diligence.
Conduct financial modeling and underwriting for new acquisitions.
